The dreaded fault as reoccurred. This time it has not corrected itself in over five days. i am in touch with weconnect support but doesn't seem to be going anywhere fast. I think VW have some serious software issue with these cars that they just don't want to admit to hence why 3.0 hasn't been rolle...

I Have had the same issue over the last 48 hours in my ID4 Life Pro. I wouldn't bother with dealers they are clueless. ring the VW customer care number in the we connect ID app. They have been very good and are looking into it straight away. VW's weakness if definitely the dealers they are terrible ...
