Re: UK ID4 Match Pro 2024
The UK car comes with a Type 2 cable that is used only for AC charging (at home if you select an untethered charger) or while away from home - generally would only be used if staying a long period as slow to charge. DC chargers (50kw upwards) have their own cables attached to the charger - as they c...

Re: About to buy a ID4
Not really. The test drive is just for you to get a feel for the car. When you move the drive selector switch it has two modes "D" and "B". I found the "D" mode a bit unnerving as the car doesn't really slow when you lift your foot off the accelerator. You may find tha...

Re: 2023 or 2024 Model?
Hi, yeah i did the trip down Friday and drove back yesterday and the car did great. Managed 3.3miles/kw on the way down and 3.7 mi/kw on the way back. And that is with the cruise control at or a couple mph over 70. Think the main driver of diff in efficiency was a 10mph headwind on way down and the...

Re: Charging on Intelligent Octopus Go Tarrif
Hello, I’m new onto this forum or any forum in fact. I have never posted a question online, but this challenge baffles me. I just bought an ID.4 (my first EV) and switched my octopus tarrif to the intelligent octopus go tarrif, so I expect the charging to be controlled by the energy supplier. What ...

Did you get your car yet?
Mine came on Monday, as a 2024 model, has the features that you mention above.

Re: 2023 or 2024 Model?
Picked mine up today from the dealer and we love it. I had ordered the life edition pro performance back in September, and it did come with the standard life spec interior rather than get changed to the match. But did get the new motor and the new infotainment screen, very nippy and the screen is v...

Re: 2023 or 2024 Model?
I actually only ordered mine in November with an estimated stock date of March 29th. But I suddenly got an update a couple of weeks ago to say is was ready for delivery from 19th February. It was built on 30th January (according to paperwork) so think that is week 5, so I don't actually know how I ...

Re: different base options model 2023 vs 2024
Where are you comparing specs from as they are very hard to find from VW. My company car order changed as yours has and is conformed as the 24 model but the specs provided on the portal, remain similar (showing acc etc). There doesn't seem to be an online brochure with specs on for the pro, pro perf...

Re: 2023 or 2024 Model?
No not by the mirror. There's 2 in centre console and 2 in the back.
c That's just the standard I was hoping they would add the one by the mirror, so it's the fuse box for the dash cam :( :(
Seen a brand called Fitcamx where the cam is part of the shroud around the interior mirror,...
