I've now been able to add a new feature to thank a user for their post.

You should now see a new icon on each post:
Clicking the thumbs up with thank the user for their post.

On mobile phones, click the three dots and it should appear on the drop down menu.

This is normal, it just means the PM is unread. It will move to your sent items once it has been read.
