Re: 52kwh range
Thanks for your reply. It’s a big concern when you see the predicted mileage on the display drop so much when you turn on your heating. I believe in the new 3.0 update that’s due out next month, it will also display the battery percentage

Re: 52kwh range
My daily commute is 45mile around trip. Then a bit of driving evenings. I do around 50-60 miles per day. Mostly town driving with a few dual carriageways. Rarely will I use motorways. The temperature has been quite low the last couple of days and I’ve noticed a massive difference when using the heat...

52kwh range
I’ve had my car for a week now and covered 350 miles. I am very happy with the look and feel of the car, drives great and does everything I need it to do. It’s working out quite cost-effective too. However, The range on the 52 kWh battery is very disappointing. Nothing like the predicted range given...

Re: Wheel & Tyre upgrade
Do you know what manufacturer and model tyres have been fitted as your 18' tyres? As mentioned in the articles above, manufacturers are making EV specific tyres, to make sure that there is less rolling resistance, less noise and stronger sidewall strength. If you're interested in upgrading to 20' t...

Re: How much range??
I think most people would read car reviews and compare models and range but I found that the reviews did not make clear the extent of the reduced range at high (but normal for long journeys ) speeds. Having just done a journey of 188 miles nearly all at 70 mph and still having 50 miles left from fu...

Re: Wheel & Tyre upgrade
Thanks For your reply. Yes it’s similar to my previous post. I posted again to see if I could get any advice. I understand a load rating element of selecting tires, I also run a fully loaded T6 campervan with upgraded wheels, (this will weigh more that my ID4)Correct Load rated tires are required he...

Wheel & Tyre upgrade
Good Afternoon
Could anyone please advise? I would like upgrade my standard 18’ Falun alloys to some 20’ wheels Are EV’s fitted with any specific type of alloys & tyres? The wheels they come with do look different to other cars.
