SatNav can't understand postcodes.

Hi
I've had my ID4 since April, but it doesn't seem to be able to understand postcodes when requested through the voice control system. It will understand addresses when spoken, but a series of letters and numbers seem beyond it.
I don't have a strong accent and have asked others to try. Is it my car or has anyone else experienced this?
