12 - volt vehicle battery level is to low

ive got a 2024 id4 but when i want to remote start the air conditioning to defrost the car this message on the app comes up
operation via app currently not possible
the 12 volt vehicle battery level is too low it will be automatically recharged with the next vehicle use.

could it be because there's not internet with the car or a battery issue

Have you enabled "Optimized use of battery" (or whatever it is called in English) in the App (Settings section)?

yes it's on vehicle says on app your vehicle currently has no internet connection.

if its only on the app its a default message when there is no connection to the car, time to worry if the warning comes up in the car display
