No Internet

Is anyone else getting this message in the Volkswagen app?

Had it since yesterday and no reply from VW yet. I have a good signal on 4G so I’m guessing it’s at their service provider’s end but there’s no acknowledgment of it as far as I can tell.
Pretty certain it’s not my cars connectivity. Any ideas?

Yup, same for me. Problem seems a bit intermittent, but can last for a couple of hours. No idea what the fault is - hopefully not brought on by the recent freezing temperatures

All working again, error message has gone but synchronisation is a little sluggish still. Annoying that VW haven’t said they’re aware of it and trying to fix it.

I was in the dealer yesterday and I was told it was a VW group thing, so not only affected VW but Skoda, Audi etc.
All up and running again.

Confirmed, mine’s been fine since this morning. I just wish they would notify us and save us from trying to find out.

My app is still showing No Internet Connection (for at least a day and a half), althogh several, like yourself, are showing issues resolved......

I’ve only closed and reopened the app. Nothing else.

Since this issue, my ID is showing 3G as the vehicle connection (has shown 4G for the past 2+ years), and the globe symbol is greyed out. I have good 4G coverage here as shown by my phone.

Could I ask a favour - next time you use your vehicle, could you report back which "G" yours is showing, please?

Mine has been showing 4G all the time. I’m surprised it’s saying 3G for you. Try rebooting your infotainment, press and hold the power button until it restarts.

I agree, no notification is a bit poor, if I hadn’t been in the dealership I would still be wondering what the hell happened. Great all fixed now
