Keyless Entry

Took delivery of my ID.4 1st Edition (UK) this week and loving it so far. Struggling to find how to activate keyless entry, however. Manual (Wallet) in Infotainment system suggests this can be done via vehicle settings but I could not find a way to do this. I notice that the car tells me it is in SAFELOCK each time I switch off, does this prevent keyless entry activation? Or is there some clever way to use the key fob to do this with the ignition off/on? Can anyone who has solved this one help?

Probably a good thing if the UK ID 4 does not have keyless entry. There's been a big increase with keyless entry cars being stolen.

Oh well, it's no big deal at this stage, there are plenty other gadgets and widgets to demonstrate. Was impressed today when my ID.4 alerted me to a sharp bend ahead, advised me what approach speed was appropriate and then slowed the car down to that speed. Didn't expect my own car to become my driving coach!

It is impressive, even after my 3yo Passat r-line estate. The assistance aids have advanced loads. That said, driver steering assistance round the narrow country lanes of North Worcestershire with their overgrown hedgerows is a pain when it tries to steer you into them because you’re too near the centre line. Unfortunately I need to switch it off. Okay for motorways though.
