Automatic Car Wash?

VW I.D. 4 And automatic car wash facilities:
Is it possible to wash the I.D. 4 using an automatic car wash.. The type where your car is pulled along using a conveyor belt with rollers that pulls the car along as it is being washed? I don't see anything in the manual on this?
The salesman said it isn't possible. But the car has a neutral setting. I'm guessing as a minimum V.W. should have addressed this issue.
I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
