Recent press release from VW announcing the rollout of fast EV charging across Europe and UK:

Thought it was noteworthy given mention of UK and bp retail sites.

Couldn't find more information about the 'Flexpole' charging units mentioned in the article above, but found the below which sounds a lot like it:

There’s some work going on at the back of my local BP garage at the moment. It’s been crying out for chargers as it’s a vast forecourt. I’ll take a closer look later. The site has a MFG/Londis shop but MFG say they have no plans for their charging network so maybe it’s BP.
