WeConnectid… can’t connect

I’m at my wits end with this.
I’ve downloaded the app on my phone.
I’ve entered all my details and the cars VIN number signed all necessary agreements.
In the car I’ve Selected primary user, hit log in..
Screen then goes blank!!

I did once get the QR code on the cars screen but it disappeared after 4-5 seconds!!

Any suggestions :oops:

I had the same issue. I deleted all vehicles and data using the desktop my vw website and deleted app and all data on my mobile phone. Re-created and it worked.

Wee update on this, After three days in VW Glasgow this problem is still not resolved.
Vw ‘genius’ partners in Germany are baffled!!
Only thing they have suggested a full hard ware replacement!!! 😩😩
