Remote Air Conditioning

Morning.

I’ve noticed that recently I’m no longer able to reliably turn on my AC remotely, this was fine in the past but is now temperamental. Mobile signal is fine in the location I have the most issues (home).

I am usually able to press start and it then says “activating” before going on, but now I press start and get dropped back to the Home Screen of the app.

I have noticed that the mobile app (iOS) has had a number of UI and feature changes recently, so I’m wondering if this has something to do with it?

Scheduled air conditioning for departure times works fine and remote triggering previously worked flawlessly in the location I’m now having some issues.

App version is 2.21.0
ID SW version is 3.2

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

It can be a bit temperamental. I'd suggest changing the temperature slider +/- 0.5 degrees, then try again, and let the phone sit there for a couple of minutes so it syncs.
