Car won't select drive or reverse after crash

Hi, finally got mine fixed and on the way to collect.
I lot of issues with VW component protection seemed to be the issue. I worked with a garage and let them experiment to find out how to resolve. Took 6 weeks but they now know how to unlock the ID4.
Was done at EV Specialists in Middlesborough. Ask for George.
