Brake issues
Hi - only had my ID4 since September, the brakes are not very responsive, I was told by the garage it's because being an electric car it's heavier? However over the last month the brakes have started squeaking when gentle pressure applied - I've taken it into VW and they've had the car for 2.5 weeks - they agree the brakes aren't responsive and there's a mechanical fault - but they don't seem to be any closer to sorting out the issue, they've just said its not standard? - has anyone else experienced this?
