Anyone else still waiting for 2.3? I only got the confirmation email two weeks ago after contacting the dealership but still no update. My money is currently on getting the update just in time for the anniversary of it being announced.

Just thought I’d pass on an update. I spoke to Volkswagen customer service today about the software upgrade and they said it would be 2nd Feb. Very specific and for our ID.4 not a next wave of software updates. The man I spoke to said there was a random allocation process that took place but wouldn’t share any more details. He also confirmed that it would be 2.3. Roll on 2nd Feb

Don't quite understand why you've had to wait this long for 2.3, particularly as I received mine back in October. Anyway, I hope all goes well for you when it finally arrives.

Just to keep you updated. 2nd Feb came and went. I’ve just spoken to Volkswagen again and the guy I spoke to had no idea how to find out about software updates. He has advised that I take it back to the dealer.

It’s a miracle - I’ve finally got 2.3 - without any intervention from the dealer. Just in time to be thinking about 3.0.
