Apple CarPlay connectivity

Has anyone else experienced intermittent problems with CarPlay.
A couple of times I have been unable to play Apple Music and yesterday could receive and make a phone call, I could hear the person but they couldn’t hear me.
Problems fixed by shutting down the car and all ok on restart.
There is no pattern or sequence of start up that I can explain causes or doesn’t cause a problem
