App ‘memory loss’
Has anyone else had issues with the VW ID app? Mine’s lost all the information. It had all the signs of a server failure but I couldn’t put my car VIN back in. Thoughts?

Yup, seeing it now. I'm being asked to select my country and language - but it's defaulted to Germany, and there's no UK / English in the available options to select.
Haven't tried going further, waiting to see if it will sort itself out overnight. @AndyF like you said, might be something has gone wrong on VW's end.

Well! It all came back without me re-adding the VIN yet again about 10 minutes ago. Now it’s playing up again. just getting this now.
I think I’ll just wait for it to settle down. It seems clear VW are having an issue.ID.4 1st edition
All seems to be functioning as normal again. Car charged okay this morning but couldn’t see how it was doing through the app.
