Cubic Telecom Account

I, like everyone else am stuck with Cubic Telecom as the provider of connectivity between the car and the internet.
I need to change my email address with them but I can’t find a way of changing it as it’s greyed out. I tried creating a new account but all that did was make me a secondary user for the car and unable to do anything except look.

Has anyone else managed to successfully change their email address as a primary user?
