I've had my ID4 1ST Edition for exactly 2 years and so far mostly so good.
Dealer did the V3 SW update as part of the scheduled inspection... Not so good, couldn't log in but sorted today by Support after logging issue a week ago.
Not impressed by the GDPR driven changes.. All my saved destinations had gone and you can't add a name to an address as it then becomes personal information ...
Belay that, have just found the new way to edit favourite destinations and add a name.
It's a shame VW don't know the proper way to document new software release:
Detailed release notes describing:
new features added
existing features changed
bugs from earlier versions fixed
bugs from earlier versions not fixed
bugs introduced by this version.
