Took my Id'4 in for a warranty repair for a rattle. All fixed, no problem.
Whilst there, I reported that the nearside "Pure" decal by the wing mirror was coming loose, could they fix it.
Long story short, they refused warranty repair as it looks like it was human intervention causing it to come adrift.
The quite for supplying the small piece of plastic with a bit of glue on the back was £220 plus vat. I could only say I was astounded.
I turned down their generous offer and noticed they are £35 on ebay (don't need one though, just a bit of glue!)
Price gouging at it's finest!
