Hypervolt charger

I have been using a Hypervolt charger without problem since February. However last week the charge rate has slowed dramatically ie I only got 10kw after an overnight charge. I contacted Hypervolt they tell me there is a Vw software issue with the ID4 and VW are trying to fix it. Is anyone else having this issue - I have no response from VW
