Amber battery symbol... Help please!

Hi all... Looking for a bit of advice. Got a used ID4 two days ago. It's done just over 14k miles and just over a year old. Today after we'd been out, we came back to car and probably had it open without car on for about five/ten minutes. Just before I pressed brake pedal to get going I noticed the yellow battery symbol on the driver's console was on. It disappeared as soon as ignition started.

Everything seems fine but a bit spooked as we're new owners and our previous car (ford focus) crapped out on us because of a faulty alternator and battery! Any help/advice welcome

Struggling a bit here as the ID4 is electric and has no ignition. Do you mean that when you pushed the brake to switch the car on, it disappeared? If so, I think that's normal.
